Spares & Components
Generally, we do take care starting from foundry to dispatch including accepting
all inwards materials after several checks, we can say our products are 100%
tested and kind of fit-and-forget. Products are warranted 12 months against any
manufacturing defects. We do insist, use high grade copper and appropriate size
cable and wires , plus column and casing pipes, control panel to help our pumps
function perfectly.
For services, we suggest end--customs to contact our dealers only for
appropriate service, original & genuine spare parts. Further, our standard spare
parts are available on short notice in India – by air or through DHL / FEDEX
courier. For overseas, our dealers do keep stock of spares as per the
requirements for quick servicing.
Technical Training:
Although we share the user manual with all our products / shipment, we may also
schedule an on-line training programs for installation, repairs and maintenance
of the products and spares to train partners staff time-to-time across the
world..
